A = You.

Without you there would be no business. You have to decide to start the business. You have to decide what you want the business to be. You have to decide all the details. (Ads, hosting, design, content, your initial investment) Many products will tell you that you don’t have to be involved. They will set it up, run it, advertise it, and supply the entire product you need. All you have to do is pay this “investment fee” and you will be reaping all the benefits in no time.

Have you ever seen any profits from those programs? I never have and I have tried plenty!

Who is making the money in this situation? NOT YOU!

B = Time

Many of us not only want, but desperately need to make money fairly quickly. Unfortunately, unless you are that one in a million business owner who just happens to have the right product at the right time being marketed to the right people, you are not going to be flooded with more money than you know what to do with. There are programs that promise you will have money flooding your account virtually overnight. These are usually the same programs that claim you don't have to do anything but sit back and check your bank account. Once again the money is not being made by YOU. It takes time and knowledge to grow your own money tree.

C = Your Plan

Again, the person making the money is the one who signs you up. The one you paid to get access to the information will be the one who makes all the money. Just like the survey sites you can access this type of plan without paying someone to do it.

The ad for this type of job puts it forward that you will be paid to fill out forms. That sounds easy and straightforward, but in reality it is not that simple. The forms you will be filling out are really advertisements. Moreover, you will be the one paying for these advertisements. Why would you do that? You would because you are being promised that you will get the money back in spades. To quote one of them: "You do not need to do any selling, because these websites will handle all the orders and split the profits with you. All you have to do is type the ads online for them! These companies pay up to 50%- 75% commission = to about $15- $50+ Per Transaction you generate." Sounds good right? Well, lets see how it works out in practice.

These are the steps that you will be asked to go through:

• Sign up for a Clickbank account. This is a free account. It is where you will receive your money from your sales. Yes, I did say sales, because you are doing the marketing, for these companies so they are sales.
Clickbank also has the list of merchants "needing your services". This list is also free. These are basically anyone who wants and is willing to pay you to generate sales for them. In other words do their marketing for them. Now, why would they want to do that? Why not place their own ads for themselves? Good question and you’ll see why.
• Next you need to open an Adwords account with Google and/or an Overture account with Yahoo. It is not exactly free to open these accounts because both companies want you to deposit money in your account to cover the cost of the ads you will be running.
Now that your accounts are set up you need to place some ads. That is the data entry part of this process. You will go to Overture, for example, login, and write a short ad. These are the ads that appear at the top and on the sides whenever you do a search for something on the web. The website will help you through the process of writing the ads: a title, description, and then keywords.
• The keywords are crucial to the ad. It is the words that people will use in their search. If your keywords show up then your ad will appear on the page. They will see your ad and click on it. That’s the idea anyway.
• So let’s assume you have the ad and it’s a good one, and the right keywords. Now you have to enter your bid amount. What is this? Overture makes you bid on the amount you will pay to put the ad in. The lowest bid is 10 cents. Overture will show you the highest 5 bids. For very used keywords these bids might be very high. For example, if you were putting an ad in for work at home mom business one of your key words might be "work at home" or "mom work at home". Since a lot of searches are done on these words the bid amount will probably be very high like $1.25. That means that if you want to be at the top of the page (the first ad seen and the one usually clicked on first) you would want to bid a penny higher than the highest bid or $1.26.. What that means is that every time some one clicks on your ad you must pay $1.26.
• To quote the data processing advertisement again: "These are people like you making money entering data. They are paying 5 - 10 cents per click but making $20+ for every sale." That is very misleading because only a few keywords will go for 5 to 10 cents a click, and also it takes many, many clicks before someone actually buys. How many times have you done a search and bought from the first ad you clicked on. Many people click, read, see that it isn’t what they are looking for, back page and click another ad, and so on. You may have to pay for many clicks before you make one sale. When I tried this I ran about 100 keywords. The bids ran from .10 to $1.00. Only 6 of the keywords got clicked that day. One was clicked 75 times. I spent over $100 in advertising. How many sales did I make out of over 150 clicks? One sale of $23.50. That is not a lucrative business.

Think about it. If they are sending people to put ads in for many of the same businesses that they are running themselves (and those they tell you are the most high paying), all anyone is doing is running the bid rate up competing against each other. How could you expect to make money that way? The only who would would be Clickbank, it’s affiliates who are paying you a commission on the sale while you pay for all their advertising (a great deal for them), and Overture.

Statistics say that 98% of internet money-making websites are SCAMS, only 2% are legal or are paying honestly.

Mostly these programs attract members with the promises of making them rich in a short period of time without doing nothing. With hundreds of money-making websites swarming the net, it is really hard to determine which to join without the risk of loosing your hard earned money.

My advise is to read some forums and search for some statistics for a particular website before laying down a dime. And best of all, seek advise to from someone who have join that program. Someone you know you can trust. Because you know why? These SCAMS will say everything to allure you to lay down a dime. I've been through that and its very disappointing in the end.

Paid To Click

This is the most famous in the internet nowadays. You get paid for clicking some advertisements and view the website.

THE PROGRAM

The concept of this program is to allow their members to earn cash by clicking on their provided links. These links are from advertisers who paid to receive traffic on their website.

For FREE members, you get to click 2 to 5 links a day depending on the PTS website. Some sites requires you to click more even if you are only a FREE member. You get also the chance to include your own link for other members to click also. PAID members on the other hand, gets the chance to earn more since they are provided with more links to click daily.

There are some "Paid To Click" PTC websites that displays banner to click instead of the normal text link. Whatever the style is, still falls under the same concept "CLICK IT".

PTC websites also offers you to build your downline 3 to 5 levels deep. You get to earn 5% to 20% everytime each person in your downline do some clicking.

THE MEMBERSHIP

Mostly, all of "Paid To Click" websites offers FREE membership but like the PTS program, you may not get paid immediately for you have to reach a certain minimum amount before requesting for payment.

Of course like other program, Paid members gets to take all the advantages. But before upgrading to a Paid member, be cautious and be sure that the site you are in is really paying its members.

THE EARNINGS

On this program, you get to earn $0.001 to $0.02 per links that you click depending on offers of the PTC website. So if you are clicking a minimum of 5 links in day you get to earn $1 to $2 in a month minimum for FREE members. For Paid members, since they are provided with more links to click, they get to earn $6 to $10 dollars minimum per month.

The earnings do not include yet your earnings from your downline, if you have hundreds in your downline, much better. You may earn $10 to $50 or more per month from your downline alone.

THE PTC SCAM!

There are PTC websites out there are offering their members to earn $100 to $1000 per links they click. NO... NO... NO... Don't be allured by these figures because you know why? You may not be paid. It is very impossible to offer such big amount for a single click. It will be very expensive for advertisers. Makes sense, right?

Paid To Surf

This is one of my personal favorite, know why? Because you mainly has nothing else to do here but to keep your computer open and let the automated script display the websites being advertised. You don't even have to touch your keyboard for this. That's it!

THE PROGRAM

On "Paid To Surf" or PTS, all you need to do is to run the script and let the websites being showed one by one in your computer. You can even do other things in your computer while waiting for the script to get finished displaying ads. But there are some PTS websites that requires you to click on a certain button sometimes "NEXT" to view the next website. And there are also some instances that you have to type some validation number for them to be assured that you viewed the website and not just displayed it in your computer.

The ads mainly displays from 5 secs. to 20 secs. depending on the time set by the PTS website. You need to view 10 to 50 websites a day to get paid enough. If you fail to surf in a day, you are in the risk of not earning more than the amount you invested in these program. Yes, a majority of PTS websites require their members to invest from $0.01 to $5 to start surfing and get paid in cash.

The advantage of Paid To Surf program for FREE members is that they get a chance to advertise their own website for free but they are not legible to receive cash payment on the websites they viewed. If they do are entitled to receive cash, they should first reach the minimum amount to get paid.

The Paid members on the other hand have all the advantages. They get paid in cash for the websites they viewed, they get the chance to advertise their own website or websites, and they don't have to wait for their account to reach the minimum amount to get paid in cash. They can request immediately whenever their account reaches a minimum of $0.01.

THE MEMBERSHIP

Initially, you can join PTS websites as a FREE member if your only intention is to advertise your website. But if you want to earn and get paid, you need to upgrade to a PAID member to get all the benefits. As I have said, try everything first as FREE member before upgrading to be sure of your money's worth.

THE EARNING

For these programs, your earnings depends upon how often you surf. If you surf daily and surf the maximum number of websites alloted to you, you are sure to receive earnings more than the amount you invested.

Usually you can earn 10% to 40% of your total invested money in this programs. Not bad for just viewing advertisements automatically in your computer, right?

Not only that you have earned more but you also have advertised your own website and get the traffic you want.

THE SCAMS!

Yes! there are scams also in this programs, I know because I was a victim also. To be sure that the Paid To Surf website you want to join in really pays their members, look for some third party ranking in the homepage of the PTS website. If the indicator says "PAYING", then go and join in but if the indicator is "NOT PAYING", ignore them for they are only a waste of money in your part.

A GOOD "Paid To Surf" website displays third party ranking so look out for them.

Paid To Promote

This is usually offered by "Get Paid To Read" (PTR) websites as another way of earning besides reading their daily emails. There are also other websites that only offers "Paid To Promote".

THE PROGRAM

Other than reading emails being sent by PTR websites, they also offer the so called "Paid To Promote" or PTP wherein a member earns everytime they promote their respective PTP links and gets viewed.

Each member on a PTR website is provided with an affiliate link and a PTP link which they can use to get credited or get paid for their advertising efforts.

The only downside for these programs are the following:

1) You can only promote at their chosen websites. You cannot promote other than their recommended websites.

2) You cannot promote at "Paid To Surf" (PTS) websites especially those with autosurf.

3) You only get credited or get paid if the hit is unique.

(NOTE: Not all PTP websites have all this disadvantages, this mainly depends on the terms offered by the admin. So be very careful.)

THE PROMOTING

To promote your PTP link, you need to buy advertising packages from the list of sites recommended by your admin. Or if you do not want to spend money on advertising, you may choose to join some free websites offering free advertising but please check first if they are included in the list of recommended websites.

If at anytime you choose to promote other than those found on the list. Be careful not to get caught ok!

THE EARNING

A majority of PTP websites offers $0.0001 to $0.001 per unique hit or view. So if you have thousands of unique viewers, you may earn from $0.10 to $10 daily or monthly depending on how well you promote your link.

The hit earnings are accumulated in your account and you may request to your website's administrator to convert your hits into cash.

THE PTP SCAMS!

Generally, if the "Paid To Read" website is a scam, the "PTP" program they offer will obviously be a scam also. And however you do well in promoting, it is a waste of time since you will not get paid back.

Get Paid To Read

When is receiving and reading your emails earning? It's possible.

There are websites that are paying you to receive and read their emails. These emails contain some advertisement and some links from which you need to click to be credited or for them to make sure that you read the content of their email and that you view the link they provided.

THE PROGRAM

On this programs, you will receive paid emails posted by advertisers or other members who paid for their advertisements to be sent to the rest of the members. In return, the receiving members will need to read the email and click on the link provided to be credited and get paid. Once you click on the advertised link, it will take you to the website being advertised and that you need to keep it open for about 10 to 50 seconds depending on the time given by the "Paid To Read" website.

You can also earn more from these program by building your downline usually 5 to 7 levels deep. PAID members are given free downline I think once a month but FREE members need to invite others to build their downline since they are not entitled to receive free downline. You can earn 5% to 10% everytime each member in your downline read their emails. So, imagine if you have hundreds in your downline... you can possibly earn $50 to $100 each month from them alone not to mention your earnings from reading your emails.

THE MEMBERSHIP

You can join on this programs as a FREE member but they also have PAID membership. Though all the earning potentials are available for FREE members, the only difference is that a PAID member will be given with free downlines which means they don't have to worry about building their downline to earn more. PAID members also receive more paid emails than the FREE members.

THE EARNING

Usually in this program, you can earn from $0.001 to $0.01 per email that you read. And in a day you may receive 5 to 20 emails depending on the website and depending on your membership. As I have said, PAID members receive more paid emails. You can also earn from each member in your downline 5% to 10% everytime they read their paid emails.

Your earnings depends entirely on you and of course, if you have a big downline, much better! It depends on how often you manage to read the paid emails everyday. You will need to read your paid emails daily since these emails also have expiration date. Some requires their members to read each email within 2 to 3 days.

THE SCAMS!

There are "Paid To Read" websites that are scams or are not paying their members. Be aware of them. Refer to some websites that monitor "NOT PAYING" websites so that you will know immediately which are the GOOD ONES and which are the BAD ONES.

Some "Paid To Read" websites offers $10 to $1000 per email. And based on my experience? They are considered one of the BAD ONES. The first time I tried them, I thought I was getting rich especially when my account reached $50,000 but when I request them to send me the amount. I receive NONE!

Don't be fooled by "Paid To Read" websites offering big dollar amount on each email. The GOOD ONES usually offers $0.001 to $0.01 per email.
